Unmasking Autism/ADHD for women. 

Future groups will include men and nonbinary folks! These are TBD in the near future!

Women's Unmasking Autism/ADHD Group:

When: Tuesdays 7:00PM-8:00PM EST beginning October 3rd

Where: Virtual via Zoom

Who: 18+ years. Self Identified, Diagnosed or Suspected Diagnosis all welcome.

Cost $40 

About:

This is an open support group for those who identify as female to help process lived experiences in a Neurotypical world that can cause major burnout, masking, and stress. 

Each week we will discuss a various topic and be given appropriate tools/resources. Topics included but not limited to: unmasking, late/adult diagnosis, trauma, stress, relationships, coping skills, self care, alexithymia, parenting, health, family, communication, financial management, and more!

Reclaiming Me: Neurotypical/Neurodivergent Partner Support Group

Reclaiming Me: Support for Individual Partners in a ND Relationship

When: Tuesdays 7:00-8:30PM beginning December 5th

Where: Virtual via Zoom

Who: Partners in an ND Relationship who might be struggling with communication, codependency, intimacy, stress, and more. Can be ND or NT partner.

Cost $65 

About:

This is an open support group for those who know or suspect they might be in a Neurodiverse relationship. A Neurodiverse relationship usually involves one or both partners to be on the Autism Spectrum (Asperger's previously) and are Level 1. This group can also include those who might be dealing with ADHD as well. 

 

The intention is to help the individual find community, build positive coping skills, find resources, cultivate awareness and understanding of ND relationship, break out of toxic patterns, and find clarity of what they need in their relationship based off of their true needs and values.

Each week we will discuss a various topic and be given appropriate tools/resources. Topics included but not limited to: unmasking in one or both partners, trauma cycles, emotional connection, intimacy, sensory differences, communication mishaps, healing from trauma, self care, parenting stress, household systems, goal setting, and more!
